Hey,

My trading DOM on FGBL (June contract) is not updating correctly. The DOM is freezing every now and then and I can't see resting bids and offers nor is it updating in real time. What might be the problem?

I also had a problem last week with my limit orders not getting filled. I took a long position, placed my target and when the target was reached I got filled on a short (my position was not closed out) instead of getting my target. I couldn't see my long position in my trading platform and had to call my clearing firm to have them cancel it for me. What my be the issue here?

Thanks,
Andreas

While this may not be the problem, we definitely recommend updating to the current version. Select Help >> Download Current Version. Please do that now.

In general it sounds like there is an Internet connectivity problem you are having to the server. Please refer to help topic 4 here:

You can see all of your trading activity and understand what has happened with your orders by looking at the Trade Activity Log:

It is possible you may not see the current Position line if there is not a correct average price and it is far away from the visible view of prices in the chart or Trade DOM. And that can happen when using TT.

Thanks, everything seems to be working after the update. Where can I see when there's a new update available so I can prevent this problem from happening again?
