Hi Sierra,
Having a problem with KC on IB.
I had the same error a few years ago (I had the same problem as a newbie with Sierra ?5 years ago).
I tried the usual fix of resetting symbol settings from server - didn't work.
The problem is obviously related to price multipliers. I tried changing them when the symbol reset didn't work - no result.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.

The Symbol Settings are correct.

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:
Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings

And apply them to the chart following these instructions here:
Global Symbol Settings: Update/Apply Symbol Settings to Charts

If you still have a problem simply open a new chart for the symbol.

Hi Sierra,
That didn't work.
So I went further, tried the full symbol reset and shut down sierra.
Re-opened Sierra and opened brand new charts of KC with the idea of closing down my old KC charts.

KC is one of my FAVOURITE markets. I appreciate your support is solving this.

Now I did notice something that may hold the clue to this mystery - on the daily chart - see screen, the factor is off by 100. In the intraday chart, the factor is off by 100x100 or 10,000

On the DAILY chart, I managed to fix the issue (please see screen). I did this by changing settings as shown

Now, I tried a similar solution on the intraday, and this is unfortunately what I get:

Do not change the multipliers from their default settings that they have for a new chart.

We do not see any problems.

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
