We assume you mean when the Cumulative Volume resets, since you reference the Zig Zag Cumulative Volume study.

In order to do this, use the following alert formula for the study: SG5 < SG5[-1]

Also be sure to have the following options active:
- Enabled
- Reset Alert Condition on New Bar
- Alert Only Once per Bar
- Evaluate on Bar Close
