Hi, I am a new sierra chart subscriber ( first month using the platform ). I need to have volume profile and Eurex market data only in sierra chart. I just need the information for DAX futures ( volume, market depth ) and I am using sierra chart only for charts , I do make my orders in another plataform ( forex broker ). So, I ´m paying : $ 33 for service package 5 $ 21 for EUREX exchange fee $ 25 for Real time data connections. $ 79 total So, my question is : Do I have to pay these $ 25 for real time data connection ? I dont understand what is this real time data connection. I thought the $ 21 for EUREX was enough to get the market data. Thanks and sorry for my not soo good english. |

Yes you do have to pay all of these costs. There is no way around this.
