Unwanted Perforated Outline around TPO

I did a search in the support board and website find function but failed to find anything related. I have an outline around my TPOs. Wherever I click, the perforated outline surrounds the TPO. I uploaded a pic for clarification in case I am misunderstood. You can see the last TPO is surrounded by a perforated outline.
