A lot of traders started with FT71 or Jim Dalton, where the Overnight hi/low is very important, as well as Yesterday Hi/low, and the volume profile.

"Daily OHLC" combines Friday data with Sunday perfectly.

"Time Period Extended", as well as "Volume profile" prints two separate studies. One for Friday night, and one for Sunday.

It would be great if they would also combine those so Friday night/Sunday data is combined. I know a lot of trader would like it.

Thanks,

AG

Will have to see about this later.

It is our longer-term opinion that this is not going to be relevant due to changes in the nature of trading in the coming years where it will be 24 hours 7 days a week and these big exchanges are no longer going to be the monopolies that they are and have competition like we intend to create for them.

Furthermore, the Friday trading you are referring to is just 30 minutes of trading which stops at 17:00 US Eastern time and is still considered part of the Friday trading day officially. It is not considered part of Monday.

The evening session which is the start of the new trading day officially begins at 18:00 US Eastern time.

I think you are making this a bigger deal than it is, it seems you do not understand my question. The capabilities exist on other studies, like Daily OHLC. It is just combining study days. You dont have to do any big data project, or have or get in touch with cme....FYI, CME group created the 23 market, but volume flows have stayed the same to pit hours. All prop/education shops are trading around pit.

The more you know.

Thanks
