TD-Ameritrade connection issues

I followed the instruction, make a second instance for TD-A only, and for Stock quote only. and I purposely disable the 'Allow for SC datafeed'. When trying a simple DOM of 'AAPL' I see the following error in the log: >>> 'Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds' is disabled.
