Your datafeed just blacked out and now will not backfill the data during the black out. How can I repair this data hole?

We see no indication of anything like this on our server.

Give us the precise starting and stopping Date-Time range where there was an interruption along with the time zone and we will compare to another source.

Timestamps were on the chart. There is a nearly 2 minute long hole from 09:10:30 - 09:12:26 CET.

The problem is we cannot see any missing data on the server. And without being able to interact with the chart with the Chart Values tool it is hard for us to precisely match up the times from the timescale at the bottom to the chart bars, and we have no idea about the time zone either. So this is why the question was asked.

We made an assumption about the time zone and did get an approximation of the timing , but still we could not see any missing data.

We simply see no evidence of missing data on the server:

Try re-downloading the missing data again.

Edit | Delete All Data and Download, now it is fine. I did this last night via the Edit | Edit/Download data - Intraday Chart menu item and it did not fix the problem. Possible the data servers had not been corrected yet, or something else....Its all dark arts and sacrificial chickens to me.
