SC lost connection for 1.5 hours - is that observation correct?

I am using BitMex service.
My understanding is that connection is closed at 17:58 by server
And then I get message that connect is lost at ~1.5 hours later.
To me it looks like SC lost connection for 1.5 hours - is that observation correct?
