For some reason brent spreads charts are not updating since 15 January (for example _S_SP_CBH18_CBJ18.FUT_SPREAD.IFEU). 'Get spreads' button in 'Find Symbol' menu also doesn't work. Please advice.

Our servers definitely do have data for these spreads.

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:
Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings

If that does not resolve the problem let us know.

I updated the symbol settings, but still have the problem. Brent time spreads (for example '_S_SP_CBH18_CBJ18.FUT_SPREAD.IFEU') still show incorrect data. You may compare the example spread to the difference between CBH18 and CBJ18 contracts.

Also I noted that if I use 'Find Symbol->Future Spreads ICE (SC Exchange Data)' or 'Find Symbol->Future Spreads ICE EU / LIFFE (SC Exchange Data)' , then choose ANY symbol (not only Brent) and click 'Get Spreads' - nothing happends. I checked other exchanges and "Get Spreads" button works as usual (shows all spreads). It seems to me that there is a problem is with ICE Exchange.

We want you to update to the latest "Prerelease":

Software Download: Fast Update

Also, the Get Spreads problem is now solved. This will now work with other releases as well.

As you can see CBH18 last value is 69.39 at 12:36, CBJ18 is 68.95 at 12:36. Spread must be 0.44 at 12:36, but the real value is 0.43 at 12:25 and no data for later time. While I made the post, its 13:25 now and the last spread value is still 0.43 at 12:25.

at 12:25 and no data for later time.
This is because the chart is not scrolled to the end. Scroll the chart to the very end.

This is what we see at this time:

As far as a different you see, you really need to ask the exchange about that. That is not something we can answer ourselves.

Right. It's not a permanent problem. Just checked - now the spreads show correct data. But in several hours it may be incorrect again. For some reason spreads stop updating for some time (1-2-3 hours) and then the problem disapperes. A week ago is the first time I got this problem, never noticed before (I'm using spreads charts every day).

OK we are going to do a comparison to IQ Feed data and if we notice a difference, then we will contact Barchart about this. This should be a good data feed. There should not be any problems like this.

We will do the comparison before morning.

Since that time Brent calendar spreads work perfect! Thank you!

I found Brent/WTI difference spread ( _S_SP_WIH18_CBJ18.FUT_SPREAD.IFEU ), but unfortunately it has the same problem (3-8 hours delayed data). Can you check? Or maybe there is another ticker for Brent/WTI spread?

We can see that is not an actively traded spread contract.

But what you can do to see more data in the chart is to use one of these particular recording suffixes:

-ALL

-BID_ASK_TRADE_SYNC

For instructions refer to:

@Sierra Chart Engineering, the 'Get Spreads' button in the Find Symbol menu doesn't work for me, either, running v1894. I'm trying CME Eurodollar (GE) fut spreads, as well as NYMEX WTI Crude (CL) listings, but no response from clicking the button.

Is this due to the service package I have?

That functionality relies upon using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. This is explained in detail here:
