Hi, I’m interested in the service package 5 however, does the monthly fee include real time data? My broker is Phillip Capital and they route through CQG. If the data is not included, what is the cost for same data I am using currently on the trial? Thank you |

Then the Sierra chart account funds is only for the service package and that’s all, correct? Meaning I will be charged from CQG / Phillip for the real time data in their statement. |

Lastly, Is the monthly service charge 30 days from the purchase date or is it pro rated from date of purchase until end of the calendar month? |

What happens is that for every month paid for, there is 31 days added onto the current ending date of your account or the current date if it is expired.
