Hi, my chart for Bitcoin,Symbol BTCUSD , & Ripple XRPUSD have both stopped working in the last day or two. do i need to update my symbols. Rgds |

We need exact symbols. Those are not valid symbols as they exist. What is Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service set to? OK we see. We do not know what the IQ Feed symbols are for those particular crypto currency markets.
