Hi:
I have received the notice that my account balacne is too low and asked me to add $10 to my account. I have added $10 twice on 11/16 and $10 on 12/18. And so far, the balance stayed the same, it did not change because of my added credits. And it still asked me to add addtioal $10 ?

Is there something wrong? Or there is some charing fee that I am not aware of ?

At the end of every month, your account gets debited 10 USD for the CTS Trading Connection. If a user's services balance is too low for an upcoming renewal, an automatic notice is provided.
