With Interactive Brokers, how to specify ARCA and ISLAND for direct access stock trading?

With Interactive Brokers I've been using for example CISCO-STK-SMART as the required code for symbols but the execution is slower than direct access trading with ARCA and ISLAND for example. In IB's Trader Work Station I learned I can specify direct access for any symbol in to trade with direct access. Can you tell me how to code the symbols for ARCA and ISLAND direct access trading in SC for trading on IB please?

You can just change the exchange part of the symbol to ARCA or ISLAND.
