Multiple Chart Replay Exception

I am running into an exception when trying to do a Multiple Chart backtest. It was occurring with all of my studies (which had previously been working fine a few days ago), but I have followed the support guidelines as much as possible for this report.

As seen below, I was able to reproduce the exception even in Sierra Chart Safe Mode and with only a single (newly created) Chartbook with only 2 charts in it open.

I have provided my exact steps to reproduce the exception below.

Shut down, then turned back on (rather than restarting)
Launched SC with Safe Mode enabled as the first program after logging in to my Windows account
Waited for a connection to be green and the Message Log to stop scrolling
Files To Open On Startup was disabled, as was Use Default Study Collection for New Charts (normally these are both enabled, but I disabled them for debugging).
No chart books were open, so I went to File and then New Chartbook
Used the FS control bar button to find symbol and opened GBPUSD Intraday and then also EURUSD Intraday. I pay for the SC Data Feed and am otherwise connected to TD Ameritrade, but using forex should hopefully avoid any TDA unpleasantness.
Waited for Historical Download to complete.
Went to Chart -> Replay Chart -> Replay Chart (Control Panel).
At the panel, I selected All Charts In Chartbook, Accurate Trading System Back Test Mode, and Speed 1.00. Skip Empty Periods was unchecked.
I also chose Use Start Date-Time and entered 2017-12-13 at 00:00. I first scrolled both charts back and confirmed that they included data starting at 2017-12-12 around 16:00, which provides many bars of 1-minute data before the beginning of the replay.
Pressed Play, then said Yes to Clear Replay/Back Test trade data and left the default Processing Step time of 60.
The Log immediately showed: “Warning: Caught an exception during the processing of a timer event. Source: c_ChartBook::m_MultipleChartBackTestTimer | 2018-01-11 16:07:59 *”
I paused the replay to copy that log line, and then when I pressed play it appeared again.
I then let it sit for a few minutes without pausing (while writing this) and it showed no movement. It was still on 2017-12-13 at 00:00:00, with TR of 1m. I realize it is the middle of the night, but those two forex pairs are quite actively traded and there should be at least a tick every five minutes. To confirm this, I stopped the replay and scrolled to 2017-12-13 00:00:00 and there were indeed trades then. There were 93 trades on GBPUSD and 92 trades on EURUSD during the 00:00:00 minute.

Other testing before doing the fresh test for this report showed that the issue does not arise when using Single Chart replay mode. However, my trading uses multiple charts, so that isn’t really an option for me at this time.

More information:
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit, activated.
Before posting, I searched for “timer event” on the Support Board and Google and read a few of those threads. I did not see any reference to the multi chart back test, just other timer events.
The only recent change to my system (replays had been working previously) was Windows did some required updates and restarted on its own.
When starting this debugging process, I also used Help -> Download Current Version and updated via that method to 1687. The SC update was after the Windows updates, so hopefully the SC update has higher precedence.
The chart book used in this test was completely fresh, but I saved it (after the exception occurred).
I have also saved my Message Log.
I have not attached either the Message Log or Chartbook since the posting page said not to attach anything unless requested, however I have both saved from this test and can be attached if you need them.

Also, all you need to say is that you are running a multiple chart replay back test, and an exception occurs, and provide that particular exception line.

We will then determine what more information we need. Although based upon this minimum of information, that is all we need.
