do not see position line and order fills on chart

Using version 1659, I am running an ACSIL based autotrading system with "trade simulation mode on" using replay.

When it enters, I do not see the position line and I do not see the fill markers (I have show fills enabled).

The trade has attached orders on it. Those do show on the chart. When the trade exits, the trade log shows unmatched fill.

Any ideas about this?

We just ran a quick test now using a Sierra Chart provided trading system and do not notice an issue.

Are you able to reproduce this using a particular Sierra Chart trading system?:

When you start the replay, make sure you press Yes when prompted to clear the trade data for the symbol and trade account.

As a rule, you must always clear the trade data out for the symbol and trade account when starting a back test. Otherwise, you are starting off at an uncertain state and can have at least one unmatched fill.

And you should be able to reproduce this problem, without even using an automated trading system just simply by submitting the very same orders the automated trading system is doing. If you are able to reproduce this, let us know what you are doing and what existing fills already exist for the symbol and trade account in the Trade Activity Log (make sure you check back years).

The simulated trade data is all clear. The main issue is not the unmatched fill.
The first thing that is strange is that the position line is gone and I don't see any fill markers on the chart. I can record a quick video if it helps.

The trade window shows quantity 0 (Flat)

within that same charbtbook, for some signals it works just fine.
For others the position disappears. On the ones that it does disappear, it is 100% reproduceable.

So this means there is no position. You need to go to the Trade Activity Log:

This has been resolved during a remote assistance session. It was because the Order Fills Start-Date Time in Chart >> Chart Settings was set later than the replay time.
