1. We have had a flurry of Rithmic connection problem messages.

We do not control Rithmic connections. If you have problem connecting to Rithmic or maintaining that connection and you repeatedly get disconnected, then contact your broker for assistance.

It is their responsibility to help you with these types of issues.

We do not know the underlying reason for the problem and we will not speculate on it.

In general, Rithmic is not preferred by us because connection problems are hard to understand the reason for them.

We can tell you, there is only so much worth in supporting Rithmic. If it gets to be very burdensome, then we are prepared to lose business over this if you do not want to move to our other supported services. For the list of supported services, refer to:
