Could you please offer us a way to suppress alerts selectively? All alerts, when enabled, are logged in the Alert Log. But certain alerts such as the ones attached to studies like Countdown Timer serve no other purpose. Alert messages from Countdown Timer create clutter in the Alert Log and it becomes hard to analyse the log. Please consider this request for a future release. Thank you. |

As a very firm rule, this is something that we will not do. When users ask us about alerts, we must have a log in order to help users. We are not going to create problems for ourselves. Unfortunately, users who are a burden on us, have side effects which affect other users as well. But that is just simply the nature of software being used by a large user base.
