Problems Lotsizes FOREX FXCM Real Account

Hi, I am very satisfied using FXCM together with Sierra. I am talking now about using CFD's for GER30 and US30. Today I wanted to create another chartbook for FOREX. The real stream data is OK but I can't use the Trade Window..... Whatever for lotsize I tried, again and again the orders were rejected. Weird.... With the Trade Simulation mode no problems at all. Please, can you help me with this? And please, can you tell me which amount of lotsize I have to use for a so called "mini lot Forex" ? Normally this is 10.000. Sorry but I can't imagine that this is because of FXCM. I have two real accounts at FXCM, one for TradeStation, that's the one I use for SierraChart and one for Metatrader4. For indices like US30 and GER30 it's the same using lotsizes for both. Whatever for amount lotsize I use now for FOREX every order is rejected. For Metatrader4 I have to use 0.10 Lotsize for 1 mini lot and 0.01 for 1 microlot and 1 for one full lot. I was expecting that I can use this as well for SierraChart. Unfortunately..... Please, will you contact FXCM about this issue?

This is a FXCM error message: Info: FXCM order update (Rejected). Text: 19915;DAS 19915: ZDas Exception ORA-20173: Quantity fraction size violated: 1000. You need to contact FXCM about this. That is your responsibility. It is not right or even efficient for us to get into the middle of this. And it really makes no sense why you would want us to get into the middle of this either. You cannot use fractional quantities in Sierra Chart. They will always be integers. And be the actual amount of currency units when using FXCM.
