Trial period interday charts and market depth not working correctly

1) ESH18 is primary, other symbols checked and behave the same
2) Interday charts are lagging 7 to 13 minutes
3) Trading DOM and other market depth visualizations are blank, new columns can be added, this data also is lagging

Replay chart
a) Trading DOM does not show Buy/Sell (Bid/Ask) limit orders, shows only a '1' in each column at the current market price
