For the past two sessions I have noticed erratic data coming though, specifically, C. C trades on average 16M shares a day, yet the price data that is coming through your charts looks like it is a thinly traded security, i.e. Bid and Ask prices are jumping all over the place. For example, Price is at 74.46 and ask just jumped to 74.70 on a security that has a 1 cent spread. someone buying at ask would get hosed. All the other bullshit aside, you guys need to fix this data situation. BTW, your data is so bad, I have another real time data source as backup because I can't rely on the stuff coming through on your end.

I just captured a screen shot. BTW, you can see it happening on the quoteboard. I am happy to pay for data from a different source if you can't get Barchart to strain its act out. Then again, there is always esignal....

This is due to the new Barchart Open Feed that we started using on one server. Apparently there is a problem with that feed. We have stopped users from using that particular feed at this time.

For US equities we have switched back to the old Barchart feed on the one server that we had switched to Open Feed. Clearly there is a problem with the bid and ask data and this thread has been provided to Barchart.

For the time being we are going to stay off of Open Feed for equities.
