Hi, i tried it a several time: account info is correct, pwd is ok. i get a Connection, after seconds it will be lost. Firewall disabled. Any hints? This is a problem with the very latest release. This has now now been resolved. After about 10 minutes, update Sierra Chart again by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease to get the latest revision.
