How to Display a Custom Text Alert on Chart?

Just to keep my question simple... I have an alert condition, say a MA crossover. I know I can select the Up/Down arrow to highlight the condition when it's true. But how do I output a custom alphanumeric message on the chart "BUY", "SELL", etc.? Thank you.
