when adjusting my data on rollover I get allways strange couple of ticks (usually one bar) totally away from the rest of graph. Please see attached file.

When adjusting the data I am using the date and time from the log file (which is generated during the merging of contract months) and I am adjusting the difference between the last close price of the last contract month and the first open price of the new contract month.

Is there a way to fix this?

Yes. You need to be sure to adjust the complete time range of that one bar. It will have a starting time and an ending time. When you use the Chart Values tool you can see the bar starting time and then you need to add the timeframe of the bar minus 1 second to get the ending time.
