Hi,

I have subscribed the Full CME Data and HK Future Exchange data. I need to set the Data/Trade Service to "Interactive Brokers" for NQ. YM, ES data. After that, I can't see my HK Future data, I need to reset it to "SC Data - All Services" as to see the HK data.

I want to see CME and HK future at the same time, how to resolve it?

Thanks.

You can keep Sierra Chart set to Interactive Brokers at all times because the HKFE symbols are listed in File >> Find Symbol >> Futures when using Interactive Brokers.

For example:
HSI-201801-HKFE

If there is a particular symbol that you need on the HKFE which is not listed, just let us know and we will add it.

If the HSI data is from IB, do I need to subscribe the HSI data in Sierra?

In this particular case the HSI data will come from the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and you definitively do not want to use Interactive Brokers Hong Kong Futures Data and instead want to rely on the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed.

For confirmation that the data feed for the HSI is coming from the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, refer to this section here:

Just to ensure I understand it properly:
1. The remapping of symbol will be performed by Sierra automatically
2. I need to ensure "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds option is ON" to ensure the data is from Sierra.

Correct?

1. Yes. Do you see a [M] indicator after the symbol at the top of the chart?

2. Yes.

I just subscribed to the HK level 2 futures data. However the intraday chart is still incorrect. Only the historical daily chart displays correctly. I use Interactive Brokers. Do I also need to subscribe to Interactive Brokers as well? Or did I not setup the chart correctly? It shows an [M] at the top of the chart. I receive all other CME data and charts with no problem. Love your software...thanks for your help.

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".

If there still is a problem, provide an image of the chart or Trade DOM, by following these instructions:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/PostingInformation.php#Image

If we cannot clearly tell what the problem is from the chart, then briefly describe what it is.
