Charts not loading

I have just installed the current version of Sierra Charts on my new PC ( Infinity AT 5.6.9.3) The starting page appears along with the Trading Dom , but the charts are not loading up. What can I do ?

It is not clear what the issue is. Is there a problem opening a Chartbook? I cant get to the chartbook page. The version that has loaded up on my new pc is 5.6.9.3 whereas on my old pc it is showing as 5.6.7.11. On my old pc the charts load up auto. (No Problem) When i log on the Trading platform page comes on along with the trading dom but the charts do not load up auto. or manually. I cant get access to the charts page where where file ,edit, chart etc comes up

Where can I find the Sierra Chart file ? Sorry I am not computer literate

I have tried clicking on the link and installing...but the result is the same. The chartboard and the trading dom appear but the charts are not loading up automatically or manually.
