Hi,

I am getting an error while trying to download historical ASX intraday data (1min bars) from the SC historical data service. Last date I have had success is the 8th Dec. Daily historical bars are still downloading, just not the intraday 1min data.

This is now resolved.

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateSettings

After that, re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".

Actually this is not fully resolved. We realize that you will need to perform a Full Reset of the symbol settings:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
