Hi, Prior to using Sierra chart I have been using CQG data with CQG QTrader. On examination I find there is a discrepancy between the two platforms using 1 minute data. I am assuming the data printed from Qtrader is the correct data and it is not correct with Sierra. Please see attached. I have highlighted a few examples and there are significant differences. I am hoping it is just the settings in Sierra. Can you please advise. Thank you |

Refer to this help topic: Differences With Data and Chart Bars Between Services / Connections / Chart Types It is not related to settings other than possibly having to do with timestamps in some cases. We do notice this problem ourselves with CQG and we do have to contact CQG about this. Apparently they are just transmitting less than the actual data they should be, at times for unknown reasons.
