stock real time data

Two questions, 1. This morning I could not get any stock premarket data to show up. Was the system down until an hour after open? 2. I cannot get the charts to get real time data for stocks only for the forex markets? The stock chart are always 15 to 20min delayed and I have to manually reload them? Thanks |
