Hi I read the support tickets relating to getting real time data for stocks with Sierra chart. I also went through instructions on the website and I just want to make sure I understand everything. I have a an account with Amp Futures where I use Sierra Pack3 (free with amp )as the trading platform. Now if I want to have real time data for Stocks (just for charting purposes and NOT TRADING) with Sierra, I have to directly use my Account with you guys (which is separate from Amp) which could be a different Sierra Chart on my desktop if I want to. I would then pay the platform fees for the Pack3 (24$), the exchange US Equities fees (10.50$) and the Data feed for let's say 100 real time symbols (35$). Am I correct? Thank you for your help. |

You can access the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed with your AMP Sierra Chart account. The cost of it will just be 10 USD more per month. So the data feed will be 45 USD per month plus the exchange fee of 10.5USD. The real-time stock data will be accessible in the same instance you currently use with CQG. Thank you again for your assistance. Clarifications after reading: So now I'm paying my CQG FIX (group) monthly fee to AMP Futures which they deduct from my account balance with them. In addition, I would have to add credit$ to my account here to cover the monthly needed Stocks exchange/data feeds fees right?. Also, once everything is set up, can I access the Stock Exchange data feed and Futures at the SAME time (charts open in Futures and Stocks simultaneously) from my AMP Sierra Chart account? Thank you. |
