i HAVE TRIED TO MATCH UP TDAMERITRADE WITH DTN DATA FOR SIERRA FOR DAYS. THIS IS CRAZY. NYMEX MINY LIGHT SWEET CRUSE FUTURES DOES NOT HAVE A MATCH? I USE THEIR SYMBOL LOOKUP AND THE PRICE IS DIFFERENT (@QN#,(QMX13). I PICK THE MONTH (NOVEMBER) AND DTN SAYS THERE IS NO MATCH (QNX13). I'M DISGUSTED. |

Why are you posting this here? If you have a problem with the data provider, contact IQ Feed. You should also have a good understanding of the symbols of the market you are looking at to make sure you are doing a proper comparison. UNDER CHART SETTINGS I LOOKUP THE SYMBOL. THIS IS THE LINK WITH YOUR SOFTWARE. I DON'T GO TO DTN, I GO TO SIERRA CHARTS FOR THE SYMBOL SEARCH. IT WOULD SEEM LOGICAL THAT SIERRA AND DTN WOULD HAVE A CORRECT SYMBOL SEARCH. I WOULD AGREE, SEEMS UNLIKELY, VERY UNLIKELY, THAT THE DATA IS WRONG SO I SPENT 3 DAYS ON IT AND STILL CAN'T MATCH UP THE DATA. KELLY |
