Trail Daily Net Profit not trailing in Global P/L Mngt

Today my Profit Trigger Value was hit at 1000 and price continued in my favor up to 1312. I have the Trail Daily Net Profit enabled and both the After Trigger and Increase Profit Value After Trigger set to 100.

My understanding (which could be completely incorrect) is that if the Profit Trigger Value is hit and Trail Daily Net Profit is enabled, then Profit Trigger Value should increment based on the values I have configured in Trail Daily Net Profit.

So what I would have expected today would have looked something like this:

0 >> 1000 >> 1312 >> STOP at 1200... or somewhere at a level not far from 1312. But instead it went all the way back down to my Flatten After Trigger value of 900 (see attached Global P/L Mngt and Trade Service Log screenshots.)

Is this correct? If so, what is your recommendation to trail price action by 100 increments? Thanks

We did test this and the trailing did work properly.

So we cannot reproduce the problem. We are working on adding more logging so if it happens again it will be more clear.

We also recommend using the Trading Profit Management Status study.

We did notice a potential problem with that study not always updating the text (the apparent issue) and have it corrected. This will be out in the next release.

One thing we recommend doing is testing this profit management functionality during a chart replay. This will give you a good feel for how it works.
