OEX daily chart shows one bar only

I am again experiencing this issue: I tried to create a new historical chart:
File > Find Symbol > Indices > OEX-I-CBOE
and I'm back to having a one bar chart.

Sorry I don't remember what the fix was the last time.

Go to the chart and select Edit->Delete All Data And Download. If there still is missing data post a copy of the message log following these steps:
