Hi, I'm using version 1669 and I'm currently trying to import the intraday data from the attached CSV file. I'm trying to import in the format "Date, Time, Open, High, Low, Close, Volume".

I Disconnect my data source, go to EDIT >> Import and Load Intraday Data. Select the file, the line format and ask to overwrite existing file or create a new one.

As soon as I click import, my data source auto connects and I receive the message: "Symbol is unknown. Click for symbol information. Exact match not found for symbol DOLF18." and the data source auto connects.

The Message Log says:

It is in that folder... Otherwise it wouldn't even show up as a possibility to select it to Import, right ?

The problem is the file contains non-ASCII data. The encoding is not ASCII.
