We see you are using CQG. That particular contract is an ICE contract. You will not have access to any data unless you pay the ICE exchange fee through your broker. We apologize. That is not an ICE contract. That is a CME contract. Somehow we confused that with the ICE Brent crude oil contract. It is always important to give us the specific symbol though.
