We see you are using CQG. That particular contract is an ICE contract. You will not have access to any data unless you pay the ICE exchange fee through your broker.

At this point it is first best that you contact your broker about this.

We apologize. That is not an ICE contract. That is a CME contract. Somehow we confused that with the ICE Brent crude oil contract.

It is always important to give us the specific symbol though. Rather than the descriptive name.
