Different candles shape on seperated computers

Hello,

We have notices that we see different candles shapes on separated computer sessions.
Why is that?

See in the attached screen shots, at 4:12 in one computer we see inverted hammer, and in the other full candle.

Make sure that Timestamp Using Computer Clock is set to False. And re-download the data as explained.

I can't find the:
Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service Setting >> Timestamp Using Local Computer Clock.

OK. This must be a time stamping problem from CQG.

Re-download the data in the intraday charts with Edit >> Delete All Data and Download.
