I am currently using the trial but just paid for the first month. I still have one more week but since your data for trial is delayed, I would like to start my first month right away. How do I do that?

What markets do you need data for or want to trade? For example, what particular futures, Forex or stock symbols. You can also give us the exchanges that the particular symbol or symbols trade on.

The problem is that I paid for real time data but all your data is delayed. I need real time data please.

p.s. it not only is delayed data, it doesn't update the chart either. I have to delete and reload data all the time.
My other SC future charts which are with my broker is a streaming data.

Your website information is not very good, it's very confusing and I still don't know what I have purchased.
What I want is streaming real time data for US and if possible Canadian stocks. If it's not what I bought, please change my subscription to the proper one and bill me the difference.
If you don't have any real time streaming stock data, then please refund my purchase.

The information provided is very thorough and present. But this is somewhat complicated by the nature of real-time market data.

What the Service Packages include are documented here:

Real-time US and Canadian equities is a separate cost.

You need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for that real-time data:

Just follow through the instructions on that page.

The cost of the real-time data feed will be 35 USD per month + 10.50 for the exchange fee. Canadian equities are an additional fee.

So you are OK with the additional cost of 35 USD per month + 10.50 for the exchange fee? This is in addition to the cost of Sierra Chart itself.

Yes, we will do a refund for you minus a 5 USD service charge.

Also your complaint needs to be directed towards the New York Stock Exchange and NASDAQ and not us.

We are going to be adding support for the market data feed from the Investors Exchange. You will be able to access stock data that way but not with the same amount of volume as you would receive with the NYSE and NASDAQ but this is at least going to be a low-cost alternative without any additional cost.

We expect the should be out hopefully no later than February.
