"Find Symbol" isn't working

When I use the "Find Symbol" option to bring up the Dome and Charts, it only works for some of them. I had no problems setting up my Gold charts, but the Euro (currency futures) isn't working. I bring up the big list on the "Find Symbol" and I find the Euro with no problems. The problem comes when I click on it and try to set up an intraday chart and trading dome. The charting area turns black with no chart, and the message log sends me this message: Symbol Error: 6E.CME_20131200_6EZ3.CME_Fo is improperly formatted. Symbols for CTS T4 must be in the format <Exchange>-<Contract>-<Market>. | 2013-09-17 04:24:42 I would think that the "Find Symbol" selection would have it set up properly as it did with Gold. I've tried typing it in myself with the required format, but I must be doing it wrong because it still won't come up. These are the CME Foreign Exchange Futures (if that makes any difference). |

Go to Global Settings >> Symbol Settings >> Full Reset. Wait for the Symbols list to fill back up and then press OK.
