hello, a friedn of mine is a new sierra chart user, he wants to trade NQ, YM markets, he ordered datafeed from you for 5 USD (some trial for two weeks as he said) - but whenever he tries to connect to the feed, there is a mistake message telling SYMBOL IS UNKNOWN. EXCHANGE NOT AUTHORIZED. see the screen.

Can you please tell me, what is wrong and why he cannot get the data and what to do to make it work?

I use sierra with my rithmict feed and when i tested it, it worked fine. Yet, with the sierra chart feed (trial for 5USD/two weeks) it doenst work.
