After one buys a service pack how do you activate the charts as mine keeps saying I am on Free time and as such can not do anything.

The basic issue is that you have multiple Sierra Chart accounts.

I did not realize that and that is what the problem was as all good now. Not sure on how that happened as it must have been when I first downloaded the software. Thanks for the response and my apologies for this confusion.
