Rithmic Frankfurt Server

Rithmic has recently added a server in Frankfurt to the network and I'm getting better latency times compared to the Europe gateway when measuring in RTrader Pro. I'm located in Germany and trading Eurex products such as FBGL and FESX.

Could this new server/gateway also be added to the dropdown in Sierracharts? Rithmic suggests to use this gateway for trading Eurex products as per youtube video at 1:19:00 https://youtu.be/uJEjiTJuoPo

Attached is a screenshot from the login window of RTraderPro.

I see the Frankfurt server now in the connection details but still can't log in to this server. Europe and US are working fine but Frankfurt the connection request timed out. Using R-Trader I can connect to Frankfurt so the problem does not seem to be related to the account.

We noticed that as well but did not really know the reason.
