Cannot connect to Sierra-chart data feed

Hello,

I renew my sierra chart data feed but from start of the month I cannot recieve any data with [M] symbol in the chart for E-mini Nasdaq - NQ. I also filled barchart agreements, but still nothig.

Could you please suggest any solution?
