Hello:

I am noticing this week that my charts are DOM's keep stalling. Also, much of the time the charts and DOM's are not in sync. Lastly, at times this week, I would put my trade on,and the DOM would freeze up for several seconds. Fortunately, when this happened, I was on the right side of the trade and even though I could not see it, I was taking profit. Much of Friday it was like this making trading impossible.

If this is happening with the CTS FIX Trading service, we have heard about this from many users and we have advised them of this.

Hello:

I went to the link you attached in your initial response and I do pay a monthly subscription for Sierra Charts.

I run a DOM with the CTS FIX data feed as well as a DOM with Rithmic. I think I need to clarify that at times it was the Charts (which I run from Rithmic) that were not keeping up to the CTS FIX data feed. At other times, it was the reverse.
