QuoteBoard Visible Across Multiple Chartbooks

I keep the Quoteboard up on a separate monitor and want it always visible regardless of which chartbook I'm looking at. I've tried attach/detach window and always on top settings from the QuoteBoard but neither setting seems to work, if I change Chartbooks, the Quoteboard disappears to the background. How can I keep it visible across all Chartbooks?

Also a separate but related to the QuoteBoard issue is, after clicking on a symbol in the watchlist on the QuoteBoard, and clicking Settings, Set Chart Link, it sometimes takes a long time to load the set chart link settings box, or seems to 'hang' Sierracharts, unless/until the 'alt' key is pressed. On v1025, have not noticed this previously, and cpu load is very low, nothing unusual in log.

We will add an option to allow the Quote Board to be always visible no matter which Chartbook is active. It may be a while before we get to this. We do not see any problems with setting the Chart link through a Quote Board. That should work reliably. If not, it must be system specific.
