Your trial account has not been extended. We see that you have previously used Sierra Chart and have had at least 30 days of trial time. You will need to make a payment for usage time.
Follow these instructions to add usage time to your Sierra Chart account:
1. Select "Help >> Add Usage Credit" on the Sierra Chart software menu.
You can also go to this page in your browser:
Login with your Sierra Chart Account Name and Password.
2. Choose the particular Service Package that you want to automatically renew.
3. Add sufficient credit to your Services Balance using any of the available payment options:
