Contact Interactive Brokers about this. This should be common sense. The orders are filled by your broker and the exchange unless you are using Trade Simulation Mode.

The statements you are making are totally out of line here and completely untrue. This is not a Sierra Chart problem. Also, you can examine the Trade Activity Log to see what has happened:
