The spreadsheet formula working great - arrows showing up on the charts. Trade Sim Mode On. Account: Sim1. For whatever reason, when the arrow paints, I see no sim trade. There is no action in the message log except for me reloading the chart, and the Trade Service log is completely blank. Trading Locked - unchecked. Auto Trading Enabled - checked. Send orders to trade service - unchecked.

Am I missing something totally obvious? Thanks for all input.

Cannot change the data service though. Will that have an impact?

No it does not matter. Really the instructions just guide you through a standard procedure show you how the basic functionality should work in order to help see where you might be going wrong or where there is a misunderstanding.

infpz,

I have experience this same crazy issue before myself.
It happen when I upgraded SC and then reverted back to the previous version.
Not even the backup copies of the spreadsheet from the backup folder would work either.

Drove me nuts for days trying to figure this out.

Nothing I did would correct this until I completely removed the spreadsheet for trading study.
Shut down SC and restarted SC.

Then added the spreadsheet for trading study back and selected the same spreadsheet that I had been using before and everything started back working again.

Before you remove the study, take screenshots of your current spreadsheet for trading study settings so you will know what they were.
