getting my laptop to log in

I've got a new laptop and I want to login using my rithmic log in from my desk top. Broker says everything is good on their side....live feed, etc. Sierra Charts says everything is good on their side. I've done everything everyone has suggested, but still no connection. Just keeps retrying and retrying....any suggestion? JH

Most likely you are getting a permission denied error from Rithmic. Refer to:
