data feed not in real time?

I subscribe to 'U.S. Equities Professional (NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX)' but my indicators do not act in real time. I have to refresh the data feed whenever I want an updated view. This has been happening for a while, I am not referring to today. Do you know why this happens?
