Hello,

I have created a tick chart ( number of trades set to 1) with current Bid price, Ask price and Last trade price all synchronized to each other according to http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/RecordingModes.php for CQG symbol F.US.DDZ17-BID_ASK_TRADE_SNYC. Everything works fine.

But for F.US.DDH18-BID_ASK_TRADE_SYNC (same set up as above) there is an issue: Data stamps are not chronological.
See the following data points obtained via spreadsheet study:

22.11.2017 18:09:25
22.11.2017 18:11:52

I deleted all the data and created a new chart, but the problem pops again. Cant find a solution. Can you help? Thanks.

This must be a CQG time stamping issue. The only thing we can recommend is to set:

Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service Settings >> Timestamp Using Local Computer Clock to True.

Set Timestamp Using Local Computer Clock to True. Problem still there.

Checked if same problem arises for F.US.DSXZ17 and F.US.DSXH18. Same problem here. Front contract works fine. F.US.DSXH18 has the same issue.

Now if I change the back contracts from tick chart (number of trades 1) to for instance a 1 min chart, the whole chart looks messy and does not show the correct 1 min intervalls (see attachement). Probably something else?

Changing that setting will not affect existing stored data. Only new data.

Anyway, we cannot commit any time to this now. This will simply have to wait. We simply have no time to look at this and especially if it involves a CQG data problem we have no interest in getting involved with this now.

Consider using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed instead of CQG:
